Graduated in Architecture and passionate about Innovation, Cultural Transformation and Creative Thinking. I have worked internationally in Business Strategy and Service Design for the last 3 years: San Francisco, Paris, and since 2018 in Madrid, where I launched EXNOVA Studio, an entrepreneurial project oriented towards the detection of university talent through the resolution of innovation challenges. I have held management and operations positions also, giving me a holistic view of the entire value chain.
I consider myself a creative and detail-oriented thinker who is continuously looking for ways to integrate valuable insights, and develop both professionally and personally. Identifying improved approaches and enhanced solutions to business challenges are activities that drive and inspire me.
Exploration, pursuit, persistence, courage, and determination are my framework for success. I believe that fresh perspectives and trying new techniques help businesses evolve and grow.
I like working with people and for people. My main priority is to provide the team with what it needs to reach its full potential as a way to facilitate positive change and collective effort. Giving talks, training, or mentoring younger talents with entrepreneurial potential is my way of giving back to the Community part of the value and knowledge that I have been given throughout my career.
I believe in co-creation and I like to feel that my work has contributed to it. But above all, I like to design products, services, and businesses that bring real value to both users and customers.
